How we got here
Built from experience, not theory
Avrotera was born in the Greater Toronto Area from a leadership team with well over decades of experience in the technology industry — people who had spent careers inside complex projects, watching good ideas fail because of fragmented vendors, unclear accountability, and the gap between what was promised and what was delivered.
That depth of experience is what sets us apart. We've seen what works and what doesn't. We started Avrotera to apply those lessons: to be the partner we always wished existed — one team, one point of contact, complete ownership of the outcome.
